Our personalized classes (maximum of 6 students) allow hands-on and tailored modifications to enable you to get the most out of the classes. You will also receive:
- Greater yoga awareness to take into large group classes
- Practical application of techniques and how they will influence not only your postures, but your life
- Individualized alignment
- Options for postures and capacity to move at your own pace. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive and interactive environment to help you fully appreciate everything yoga has to offer.
Vinyasa Yoga Flow
Wednesday 5:30 – 6:30pm (ongoing, pass or drop-in option available)
Vinyasa Yoga is an active, flowing style yoga class that synchronizes breath with movement to improve strength, balance and flexibility. The small group atmosphere allows plenty of personalized attention and various options will be provided to ensure each participant feels challenged yet successful. All levels welcome.
Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30pm (4 week course starting May 10 2017)
This four week foundational series will give you the tools you need to build a successful, strong and balanced practice. In this series we will break down Sun Salutations (traditional yoga flow) and discuss the key alignment principles that are the basis of all yoga postures. Beginners welcome!
We also customize class dates, times and styles to suit your needs. If you and two to five friends are interested in having your own yoga curriculum created for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to have experience in a yoga class?
Absolutely not! In fact, we welcome those that prefer to learn in a safe, supportive environment. Our classes are intimate, with a maximum of 6 students, so that we can provide the care and attention that you need. We welcome everyone with a curious and open mind!
What do I need to bring to yoga?

About your instructor:
Clare holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from UBC and is a Registered Kinesiologist and a Certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years experience teaching and working in the rehabilitation field. Clare believes that yoga should be accessible to all people and is passionate about teaching yoga in a safe yet challenging way. When she is not on her mat, she can be found playing in the mountains, or chilling on the beach!
